FIRST TIME GYPSY TARTS

The other day Andrew messaged me a photo of what liked like a light brown miniature pumpkin pie "Can you please make me this?", he asked." "We used to love this at school, make sure you find the school's recipe". So of course, I did. I always do my best to make Andrew feel at home. Introducing the Gypsy Tart - a favorite among primary schools in London during the 1990s. I really tried my best.
